It is the launch season for Carn footwear and they are using lots of cutting edge materials and technology including eVent waterproof membranes. Everything in the boots and shoes have been specifically designed for the product. There are new footbeds, soles, and a unique fit.

New Merrell and Ksb Sandals Now In

We have just had another big delivery of sandals into stock. This is the time of year to kick off your walking boots and get some air to your feet.

The technology of walking sandals has changed a lot since Ghandi kicked on his flip flops. The Merrell Chameleon sandals for instance have a lot of the features in the soles as a pair of approach shoes. The soles on many of the Merrell Chameleons are Vibram which is the same rubber as on the approach shoes and walking boots. This gives good traction and grip and the EVA mid soles offer good shock absorbancy for when you walk long distances. The Merrell Chameleon Convertible Sandal also has a removable strap at the back so they turn into a slip on sandal.

Most of the walking sandals have a anti-microbial footbed as well to stop them getting smelly. If they do start to get a bit whiffy, don't worry, we sell product from Nikwax called Nikwax Sandal Wash which does exactly what is says on the bottle.

Increased range of Suunto Watches

We have now increased the range of Suunto watches (or wristop computers as they like to call them) on the website. The range now includes all the X range including the original Suunto Vector in all colours, the T1/T3/T4 training range and also the Gps watch the X10. In addition to this we now offer the largest selection of Suunto spares and accessories such as straps, batteries, heart rate monitors and even screen protectors.

In case you havent seen them already try and take a minute to look at the new Suunto Core, we have this in all sorts of colours and variations but my favourite is the bling Suunto (you'll spot the one.
